We are very excited to announce ION Djibouti will take place on 2 June 2014 during the Africa Internet Summit! This is our first ION Conference in Africa, and we are thrilled to bring our IPv6, DNSSEC, Securing BGP, and TLS information to a new continent. The Africa Internet Summit takes place from 25 May to 6 June, and we’ll be taking part in some other events while we’re there. Stay tuned for more information on that as we get closer.
We’re still working on the agenda, so if you have specific topics you’d like to see, please speak up in the comments or via our social media channels. And if you’ll be there and think you might make a good speaker on one of our topics, let us know that too!
As with our other ION Conferences, attendance will be free. We’re also planning to live stream the whole thing so even if you can’t be there in person you’ll be able to follow along online.
Watch this blog and social media for more details as we continue the planning process, but for now mark your calendars for 2 June in Djibouti!
We hope to see you there.
